摘要 领导文化作为领导科学最为重要的形上之思,其建构性研究成为新的着眼点。这一建构应从界定领导文化的内涵出发,从器物、制度和意识形式三个层面厘定其表征;并结合中西领导文化的发展轨迹,通过比较,探索、建构有利于本国发展的,具有中国气派和中国作风的"本土"领导文化。"现代—和谐"应成为这种领导文化建构的"标识符",必须着力追寻能推动这一领导文化特质生成的进路,并以发挥其实践功效为归宿点和落脚点。 Researeh on theorizing leadership culture, the most important metaphysical conceptualizatin in the science of leadership, has now become a new focus. This paper defines the nature of leadership culture and prescribes its features at three levels: tool, institution, and ideology. In addition, by comparing and contrasting the histories of leadership culture in China and Western countries, this paper explores and conceptualizes an indigenous type of leadership culture unique to and suitable for the development of China. It is argued that theorizing this culture should be characterized by modernity and harmony, and that efforts must be focused on seeking routes to materialize such a culture with a view. to making its practical effect the ultimate goal.
