摘要
目前使用较为广泛的培训模式有集中式面授培训和E-Learning培训,但是这两种培训模式各有优缺点。混合学习模式将其有机的整合,弥补了面对面中成本过高和E-Learning中学习效果不好的缺陷。该文以具体案例介绍了混合学习模式应用于高校教师教育技术能力培训中的培训方案的设计。
At present the use of more extensive training model is centralized face to face training and E-learning training, however, each of two models has advantages and disadvantages, Blending learning model integrates them, Blending learning make up for the defects of the high cost of face to face and low learning effects of E-learning .This paper based on a specific case introduce the design of training plan of blending learning used in training of educational technology ability of teachers in college.
