摘要
我国正处于社会转型过程之中,社会张力表面化、利益冲突和利益重组等人民内部矛盾所引发的群体性事件日渐增多,已经成为影响社会稳定和发展的一个重要因素。对于人民内部矛盾引发的群体性事件,应该采取积极、有效的措施进行预防和处置。
Our country is in the process of social transformation. There are more and more group accident caused by contradictions among the people such as the surface of social tension,intrest conflict and intrest contradictions, which have become an important factor influencing social stability and development. We should take positive and effective measures to prevent and dispose the group accident caused by contradictions among the people.
