摘要
交际策略是指第二语言或外语学习者在交际中为弥补语法或词汇知识的不足,达到交际目的而采用的特定交际手段。本实验模拟相对真实的口头和书面交际环境,对中国英语学习者使用的交际策略类型作了调查,旨在深入获取中国英语学习者交际策略的使用情况,归纳中国英语学习者交际策略的使用特征,为我国的外语教育改革与实践提供借鉴。
CSs are strategies which a language user employs in order to achieve his intended meaning on becoming aware of problems arising during the planning phase of an utterance due to (his own) linguistic shortcoming. The present study is set on a Chinese background and aims at investigating the types of CSs used by Chinese EFL learners and discussing the features in their use of CSs. The experiment is made in a relatively real communicative situation, involving both oral and written productions of the subjects and focusing on the communication of intended meanings,so that the study would gain a global picture of CSs used by EFL learners in Chinese context. The present study is, thus, a preliminary exploration through which we attempt to gain some insights into this area and bring some implications and applications to the FL learning and teaching.
