摘要
绿色荧光蛋白(green fluorescent protein,GFP)来源于海洋生物水母(Aequorea victoria),gfp基因作为报告基因已被广泛地应用于丝状真菌生物学研究中。gfp基因通过与目标基因融合,可进行真菌的蛋白质及细胞器定位、细胞动力学、突变体致病力检测、生态学行为以及与其他生物互作等研究。
The gfp gene from the jellyfish Aequorea victoria encoding green fluorescent protein (GFP) is widely used as a reporter gene in the research of filamentous fungi. Through fusion with the target gene, GFP can be applied to locating some proteins and organelles, understanding the cell dynamics and detecting mutants of fungal pathogenicity, and to the study on the interaction between different fungi.
