摘要
文章结合对上海市既有建筑空调外机支架安全状况的调查统计结果,采用SAP2000分别计算分析了空调外机角钢支架未锈蚀以及锈蚀后的承载力,得出具有安全保证的空调外机支架最大锈蚀率。另根据调查结果统计分析所得的水平角钢锈蚀率与时间的关系拟合曲线公式,计算不同锈蚀率对应的使用时间,得出为保证空调外机支架的安全使用的建议使用年限。
According to the survey findings of the safety situation of supports of existing air conditioner external units in Shanghai, the article uses SAP2000 to calculate the beating capacity of the angle iron support of air conditioner external unit before and after corrosion respectively and gain the maximum corrosion rate. In addition, the article calculates the use of time corresponding to different corrosion rates according to the relationship fit curve formula between horizontal angle iron corrosion rate and time and gains the suggested lifetime of safety use for support of air conditioner external unit.
