文章通过研究已建立的上海市既有建筑节能改造质量保障体系,提出了既有建筑节能改造流程。结合上海市漕北大楼节能改造案例,简要介绍依据该体系进行的节能改造工作。

Through studying established energy-saving reconstruction quality guarantee system of existing buildings in Shanghai, the article puts forward the reconstruction flow of existing buildings. Combining the energy-saving reconstruction of Caobei Building of Shanghai, the article briefly introduces the energy-saving works Which are carried out according to this system.
