自我国“入世”以来，我一直在参加世界贸易组织多哈新一轮谈判，因此，我想谈一谈经济全球一体化对我国汽车工业带来的机遇与挑战，以及我国汽车方面的关税政策。

The current procedure of economic globalization had definitely brought to China＇s auto industry both opportunity and challenge that had never happened before.
