摘要
结合最小二乘法和灰色系统预测方法,预测可靠性增长试验结束时刻产品的瞬时MTBF值。并采用模糊控制方法,通过控制单位时间内试验费用的投入量实现试验结果要求。实例证明,通过不断建立新陈代谢的预测模型,对可靠性增长试验的瞬时MTBF值有较好的控制,即避免经费的过分投入,又能满足试验要求。
The model predicts the amount of instantaneous MTBF in the end of reliability growth testing by combining least square method and gray system. And then use fuzzy control method to make the testing by controlling investment among unit intervals. The results showed that the continue establishments of metabolism prediction models could effectively control the instantaneous MTBF to avoid excessive investment and meet the testing requirements.
