摘要
针对现有测试系统硬件资源占用较大、节点越多可靠性就越差等不足,借鉴俄罗斯一套测试设备,提出一种ATS构建方案:建立一种单纯面向测试的操作系统,虽然windows的源码依然保密,但开放源码的linux可提供充分的资源。移植应用linux内核,编写专用的面向仪器的面向测试操作系统,使系统的利用率和可靠性达到最高。
Aiming at the weakness such as large space of hardware resource and deficient responsibility due to excess nodes, use a set of testing equipment from Russia for reference and put forward the ATS structure. Its process includes: constructing the operation system facing test only. Although source code of windows remains secret, the linux whose source code is open could provide enough resources. Transplant and make use of linux core, establish exclusive test operation system for instrument, then make top utilization ratio and reliability of the system.
