摘要 目的:观察前列腺素E1对糖尿病足(DF)的治疗作用。方法:选择DF(Wagner分级)患者90例随机分为前列腺素E1治疗组和对照组,饮食控制及应用胰岛素控制血糖。治疗组在上述治疗基础上加前列腺素E1治疗共3周。对照组在基础治疗同时加用罂粟碱治疗3周。观察两组治疗前后代谢紊乱、足背动脉内径、血流速度、尿微量白蛋白定量(UAE)等多项指标的变化及治疗过程中的副作用。结果:治疗组有效率显著高于对照组,两组治疗后UAE均显著下降(P<0.05),但治疗组上述指标改善优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后两组足背动脉内径、血流速度较治疗前均有改善,但未达统计学差异,组间比较差异亦无显著性。前列腺素E1治疗过程中无明显的副作用发生。结论:前列腺素E1对糖尿病足有明显疗效,值得推广应用。 Objective: To investigate the effects of Prostaglandin on patients with diabetic foot. Methods: 90 patients with diabetic foot were divided into control group (30 cases, regular therapy + ) and treated group (60 cases, regular therapy + Prostaglandin), the course of treatment was 3 weeks. Before and after treatment, instep artery inside radius and blood current velocity degree of lower extremity were measured by Doppler, urinary albumin (UAE), blood and hepatic function, renal function,low density Cholesterol, total Cholesterol and triglyceride were determined respectively in all patients. Results: Total validity rate was higher in treated group. After 3 week' s treatment, the UAE of both group were decreased significantly( P 〈 0. 05), while UAE of treated group was significantly decreased compared with control group. The instep artery inside radius and blood current velocity degree of lower extremity were not improved significantly in both group expect for little change. No side effect were found during the study.Concluslon: Prostaglandin has a benifical effect on diabetic foot.
