诺和锐30R治疗老年糖尿病的疗效及安全性

目的:了解诺和锐30R治疗老年糖尿病的疗效及安全性。方法:31例老年糖尿病患者采用诺和锐30R治疗。结果:治疗3个月后患者空腹血糖、餐后血糖明显下降,HbA1C的平均值下降3.4%,副反应轻微,低血糖发生率低。结论:诺和锐30R治疗老年糖尿病疗效好、副反应低。

Objective：undersand the curative effect and the safety of the NovoMix30R teatement of the oldage diabetes.Methods：31 old - age diagetics use NovoMix30R treatment. Results： after cure 3 months the patient＇s FBG and 2hPBG descends obviously, the HbAlc average value descended 3.4%, the vice- reaction was light, the low blood sugar occurrence rate is low. Conclusion： the curative effect of the NovoMix30R cure the old - age diabetes is good, the vicereation is light.
