Investigation and analysis on the teachers’sub-healths of middle schools in Wuhan

采用文献资料、问卷调查等方法,对武汉市中学教师亚健康状况进行调查,并针对存在的问题提出相应的对策和建议,旨在为提高教师的身体素质提供参考。

Through methods of literature and questionnaire, the author investigates the sub-healths of middle school teachers＇ in Wuhan and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions about these questions. The aim is to give references for the teachers＇ physical constitutions.
