摘要
运用实验研究、文献资料和数理统计等方法,对健美操教学中运用内隐学习模式进行探讨和研究,结果表明:内隐学习符合大学生的心理学习特点,能使学生较好地掌握健美操运动技能;有利于激发学生的内在学习动机,提高学生学习的主动性,有利于培养学生的体育能力和创造力。
By using documents, experiments, and statistics methods, this paper analyzed the implicit learning pattern used in aerobics teachings. The results show the implicit learning pattern agrees with the undergraduates' psychological characteristics of learning, and can lead them to grasp the aerobics skills. It is benefit for arousing their motives and go-aheadism in learning, as well as cultivating their abilities of sports and creativity.
