摘要
建立了车辆换档用数字比例溢流阀数学模型,利用MATLAB/Simulink仿真软件分析了其动态性能。分析结果表明:阻尼孔液阻主要影响该阀压力调节范围,对阀的响应速度和充油时间也有一定的影响;安全阀入口容积V2是该阀动态特性的主要影响因素;主阀进口容积V2对该阀的动态性能基本没有影响。分析结果对车辆换档用数字比例溢流阀的优化设计和试验研究具有一定的指导意义。
This paper established the mathematical model of the digital proportional relief valve for vehicle shifting, applied simulation software MATLAB/Simulink to analyze its dynamic performance. The results show that the hydraulic resistance of damping hole mainly affects the pressure range of the valve,and it takes a certain impact on the response speed and oil-charge time as well ;the results also show that the inlet volume V2 of safe valve has main impacts on the dynamic characteristics of the valve,hut the inlet volume V1 of main valve has little influence on the valve. The analysis results have a certain guiding significance for optimization design and testing research of the digital proportional relief valve for vehicle shifting.
