摘要
以双锥密封螺栓组质量最轻为目标,运用可靠性理论与优化设计技术建立数学模型,提出了密封螺栓在承受轴向静载荷、交变载荷下的优化设计方法和MATLAB求解过程。实例计算表明,该方法简单有效,对化工设备及其零部件的优化设计具有参考价值。
With reliability theory and optimal design technology,taking the lightest quality of double-cone sealing bolt group as target, the paper establishes the mathematic model, proposes the optimal design method of sealing bolt under the condition of bearing axial static load and alternating load;introduces the solving process with MATLAB. The example shows it's simple and useful. It has reference value in optimal design of the other chemical equipments and parts.
