摘要
WK-10型挖掘机斗杆是挖掘机工作装置的主要构件之一,其所受载荷复杂,极易发生断裂失效。结合挖掘机的实际生产工况,对WK-10型挖掘机斗杆在各种不利工况下进行了三维有限元分析,得出了其应力分布,结果表明斗杆最大应力出现在斗杆的变截面处的内侧,此处即斗杆最容易开裂的部位,这一结论与斗杆在矿山使用时的实际情况相吻合。所得的结论对斗杆失效分析、寿命评估及结构优化设计具有一定的参考价值。
The dipper handle is one of the most important components in WK-10 excavator. It is cracked easily due to the complex work conditions. Based on excavator practical operating characteristic, this paper analyzes WK- 10 excavator dipper handle's mechanic properties under different poor work conditions. The stress distribution is calculated at dangerous cross section. The results reveal that the maximum stress appears at the inner side of dipper handle on variable cross-section where cracks frequently happen. The results are also accorded with the practical condition in mining. The conclusions are valuable in the failure analysis,life estimation and optimum design of dipper handle.
