摘要
如何获得超声振动系统的固有频率是超声珩磨系统设计时的一个关键问题。提出了解决这一问题的一种方法,即通过调整振子系统的结构尺寸以获得所要求的振动频率。通过与实验数据的比较,证明这种设计方法是可行的。
How to obtain natural frequency of ultrasonic vibration system is a key problem on designing ultrasonic honing system. A new design method is put forward to settle this problem. In this method ,by restricting structural sizes of the vibrator subsystem,its natural frequency is calculated according to corresponding theory;and by combining with the experiment ,the whole honing system is designed. Conclusion can be drawn by comparing theoretical value with experiment results that the method is available to design vibration system.
