摘要
在利用普通卧式车床加工圆锥表面时,经常会出现圆锥表面粗糙度不合格的现象,这是由于小拖板手动进给时进给量不均匀所导致的。针对这一问题设计了一套小拖板自动进给机构,利用此机构加工圆锥表面,可以提高加工质量及自动化程度,降低加工难度。小拖板自动进给机构利用车床自身的动力,把光杠的转动传递给小拖板,从而使小拖板匀速进给。
The roughness-value on the cone surface is often relatively high when the cone surface is machined on a lathe,which is caused by the non-uniform motion of compound rest. For solving the problem, this paper designs an automatic feed mechanism, which can improve the machining quality and automatization level. The automatic feed mechanism uses the power of lathe itself to pass the rotation of the feed rod to the compound rest ,and makes the compound rest feed at uniform velocity.
