摘要
介绍了基于Fuzzy-PID控制的精确、快速、稳定定位自动聚焦系统。控制参数根据不同的偏差要求,运用模糊PID控制选择不同的参数,从而改善各局部性能,促使整体性能提高。在系统中,用软件实现单片机对步进电机高效、节能的驱动方案;为克服步进电机以低于极限启动频率恒速运行时间过长的缺点,运用加减速控制,使步进电机的响应速度加快,运行平稳,噪声降低,并且避免发生过冲的现象,实现高效控制。
This paper introduced an automatic position setting system of stepping motor based on MCU and fuzzy PID controller. According to the different error requirment,the paper used fuzzy PID control to determine the control parameters to improve the partial and integral performance. By using MCU to control the stepping motor,a high efficient and energy-saving drive scheme of stepping motor was realized, which was called acceleration and deceleration control. The controlling way proposed above can make the stepping motor run efficiently.
