摘要
非法证据排除规则自20世纪初在美国确立以来已经将近一个世纪,其发展过程经过了许多起伏,虽然不尽完美,但为世界各国提供了借鉴。由于不同国家和国际机构规定的非法证据排除规则的范围和条件不一致,各国对这一规则的表述也可能不一致。
The illegal evidence excluding laws,since the early 20 century,has been established in the U. S. A. and the Great Britain nearly a century. Although its development is full of difficulties it still offers good reference for the following countries. Countries describe this law differently because they, as well as international institutions, disagree in the scope and conditions.
