摘要
通过建立低温余热发电系统的热力学模型,定量分析和对比了不同热工参数对低温余热发电系统设计性能的影响。研究表明:进口烟气温度、蒸汽压力以及节点温差是影响纯低温余热发电系统设计性能的主要热工参数,其它热工参数对系统性能的影响很小;提高进口烟气温度、降低蒸汽压力或减小节点温差,均可显著降低设计出口烟气温度,从而增大蒸发量,提高热效率;但是当系统对最低排烟温度有要求时,蒸汽压力和节点温差存在下限值。
The thermodynamic model of waste heat recovery generation system is built to present a quantitative thermodynamic analysis and comparison for the effects of several thermal parameters on the system performance. It is found that, the most important thermal parameters are gas inlet temperature, steam pressure and pinch point temperature difference. Higher gas inlet temperature, lower steam pressure or pinch point temperature difference lead to lower exhaust gas temperature, larger evaporation and higher efficiency; however, the requirement of the lowest exhaust gas temperature brings the lower limits for the steam pressure and pinch point temperature difference.
