摘要
汽水系统是锅炉的重要组成部分,其结构布置及运行状态直接影响整个机组的经济性和安全性。将整个汽包锅炉汽水系统划分成若干个子系统,建立了汽水单元分析通用模型,并采用单元法对锅炉汽水系统进行分析,找出了汽包锅炉汽水系统中的用能薄弱环节,为汽包锅炉的运行优化和节能技改提供了较为科学的依据。
Steam-water system is an important component of the drum boiler, its array of structure and running state has a direct impact on the economy and security of the entire unit. The whole drum boiler steam-water system was divided into a number of sub-systems in this paper, and a GM model to the sub-systems was established. Using element method, exergy analysis for the drum boiler steam-water system were made, at the meantime, the weak links of the steam-water system were found out as references for the boiler operating optimization and energy-saving technique modification.
