The Commissioning and Operation of the First 200 MWe CFB Boiler without EHE in China

在总结上海锅炉厂有限公司以及中国科学院工程热物理研究所CFB设计、制造与运行经验的基础上,完成了"十五"国家科技攻关计划课题—"200 MWe级循环流化床锅炉技术"。对其炉型及结构特点、关键部件的设计进行了详细介绍,并对运行情况做了分析、总结。

The national scientific and technological key task program ＂The technology of 200 MWe CFB boiler＂ has been completed. The demonstration project of 690 t/h CFB boiler in Shenhua-Elion power plant was the first 200 MWe grade CFB boiler without EHE in China. In this paper, the features of the boiler design have been introduced. Summations and analysis on operation situation was also made. From the analyses of the operation data, it can be concluded that the boiler performance is good and stable, and the design is reasonable and professional. The concentration of the emissions of SO2 and NOx both are under the level of national standards. This 690 t/h boiler is a very successful CFB boiler.
