摘要 针对中国石化济南分公司延迟焦化装置焦炭塔大油气线的结焦现象,根据重油结焦机理、设备现状和操作过程中存在的问题,综合分析了焦化塔大油气线结焦过程和原因。指出了结焦的具体原因为:原料性质变化,急冷油喷嘴位置不合适,焦炭塔顶温度偏高,操作不当,加工量偏大,消泡剂注入量偏小、注入时间偏短。针对以上分析提出了相应的整改措施以及进一步改进的方向,以保证装置的长期平稳运行。 This article examines the causes and mechanism of coking in the main oil/gas pipeline of the coking tower of Sinopec Jinan Company's delayed coking unit by analyzing the mechanism of heavy oil coking ,the current conditions of the installation as well as the problems identified during the operation of the unit.It summarizes the causes for the coking as follows: the change in the properties of raw materials ,the inappropriate position of the quenching oil nozzle ,excessively high temperature at the top of coking tower,improper operation ,excessively large processing volume ,excessively small volume of anti-foaming agent injected and too short injection of anti-foaming agent.The article proposes a series of countermeasures for these problems and provides the direction for future improvements to ensure a long-term safe operation of the unit.
