摘要
针对某炼油污水处理场产生的含油污泥,进行调质试验。结果表明,以三氯化铁、阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)和生石灰复合调质处理含油污泥后,经过55kPa(绝)抽滤,可使含水率由98.6%下降到70.3%,体积减少为原来污泥脱水后体积的71.43%,大大降低了含油污泥的体积,实现了含油污泥的减量化。计算了应用三氯化铁、CPAM和生石灰复合调质后的经济效益,可减少费用支出588.3万元。
This article describes an oily sludge conditioning experiment conducted in a refinery sewage treatment plant.The experiment results showed that the combined use of ferric chloride,cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) and calcium lime in oily sludge conditioning treatment could reduce the water content from 98.6% to 70.3% and the volume of the sludge to 71.43% of the volume of the sludge if dewatered using traditional methods,after a 55kPa (absolute pressure) vacuum filtration.The article estimates the costs saved owing to the use of this method at 5.883 million yuan.
