摘要
在15℃,常压,n(三甲胺)∶n(环氧氯丙烷)=1∶1的条件下,合成了失水甘油基三甲基氯化铵(GTMAC),通过气相色谱分析,研究了GTMAC的反应动力学。结果表明,三甲胺与环氧氯丙烷的加成反应为二级反应,反应活化能为39.41 kJ/mol,反应动力学方程表达式为:r=-dcB/dt=1.185×104e-Eα/RTc2B。
The GTMAC was obtained by etherification of trimethylamine and epichlorohydrin. The reaction was carried out at 15 ℃, normal pressure ,with the reactant in a molar of trimethylamine : epiehlorohydrin = 1 :1,the reaction kinetics was stablished by GC. The result prove that the etherification of trimethylamine and epichlorohydrin was the second-order reaction, the reaction activation energy( Eα ) was 39.41 kJ/mol, the kinetic equation is r =-dcB/dt=1.185×10^4e -Eα/RTCB^2.
