摘要
以聚丙烯酰胺为高分子载体配位负载水杨醛Schiff碱钴配合物作为氧化偶联巯基苯并噻唑的催化剂,通过XPS研究了催化剂的结构,结果表明,只有部分水杨醛Sch iff碱钴配合物与聚丙烯酰胺配位;反应最佳条件为,空气流量1200 mL/min、温度70℃、催化剂0.05 g、反应物1.0 g且反应物为钾盐。在如上条件下巯基苯并噻唑可以高效氧化偶联成为二硫代苯并噻唑。证实了负载的催化剂确实比非负载催化剂的催化活性高。
2-Mercaptobenzothiazole is oxidized under the existence of catalyst of salicyl Schiff base cobalt coordination compound supported with polyacrylamide. The coordination compound is only partial coordinated with amido contained in the polyacrylamide, this is known by the characteristic of the structure of the catalyst through XPS. The optimum reaction conditions are as follows:air flux 1 200 mL/min,70 ℃, catalyst 0.05 g, reactant 1.0 g and the reactant was kalium salt. At the above conditions, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole is able to be effectively oxidized into disulfbenzothiazole. The catalytic activity of salicyl Schiff base cobalt coordination compound supported with polyacrylamide is indeed higher than that of unsupported coordination compound.
