摘要
分别测定了枞酸在乙醇溶液和固定在聚乙烯膜上的紫外光谱吸收特性,建立了紫外分光光度法测定固体枞酸的定量分析方法。该方法是把枞酸固定在聚乙烯膜上,选择UV波长为242nm。给出了枞酸的定量分析方程为A=1.149x+0.6365。其精密度和稳定性的相对标准偏差分别为0.13%-0.17%和0.24%-0.62%。并与气相色谱法测定结果比较,结果指出,两者相差〈2.2%。
The UV spectrograph absorption characteristic of abietic acid in the ethyl alcohol solution and fixed on the polyethylene film was determined, respectively. The quantitative analysis method of solid abietic acid was established by the UV spectrophotometry. The abietic acid was fixed on the polyethylene film and the UV wavelength was 242 nm. The quantitative analysis equation of the abietie acid was A = 1. 149x + 0.636 5. The results show that the relative standard deviations of precision and stability were respectively 0.13% - 0.17% and 0.24% - 0.62%. And compared with GC, their quantitative deference was less than 2.2%.
