摘要
建立了以乙腈-水为流动相,使用C18柱进行分离的反向液相色谱法测定4-三氟甲基苯胺纯度的分析方法,检测波长为254nm,乙腈-水的比例为60:40,柱温为室温。方法RSD=0.13%,加标回收率为99.3%~101.3%,最低检测限为0.01μg/mL。该方法操作简便、快速、准确。
ARP-HPLC method for the determination of purity of 4-three fluorine methylanilines was developed using C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile 60% (V/V) and water 40% and the column temperature was room temperature. The detection limit was 0.01μg/mL, the detection wavelength was 254 nm,the recovery was 99.3% - 101.3% ,the RSD was 0.13%. The method is simple,fast and accurate.
