摘要
永坪炼油厂120×104t/a催化裂化及液化石油气精制装置通过优化催化反应温度≯510℃,提高解吸塔底温度至(130±2)℃,降低再吸收塔顶压力至(1.05±0.02)MPa,改善了产品中硫的分布;同时,加大吸收稳定系统注水量,调整液化气精制操作,使液化气质量达到GB 11174—1996标准要求。
The distribution of sulfur of products is improved in Yongping refinery, by optimizing catalytic reaction temperature to ≯510 ℃ in the 120 × 10^4 t/a catalytic cracking and LPG refining unit, increasing bottom temperature of desorption tower to ( 130 ± 2 ) ℃, and reducing top pressure of reabsorber to (1.05 - 0.02)MPa. Meanwhile, by adopting measures including enlarging the water injection rate of absorbing stabilizing system, adjusting operation of LPG refining, the quality of LPG meet the requirement of standard GB 11174u1996.
