摘要
以一台起动推力为225N的直线感应电动机为例进行分析,将整个电机模型作为求解域,采用有限元方法对电机的起动过程进行了仿真计算,并对电机起动过程进行了实验,实验结果验证了仿真计算的正确性,在磁场数值计算的基础上分析了气隙大小变化对电机性能的影响。
Taken the linear induction motor with starting thrust of 225N as an example and the whole motor model as a solving domain, the starting process of motor is simulated by FEM and the correctness of the calculated values are verified by experimental resuits of starting process. The influence of air-gap size on motor performance is analyzed based on magnetic field numerical calculation.
