摘要
国际化经营是我国民营企业发展所面临的新形势。这种新形势对于民营企业发展的人才要求是全方位的、层次性的和系统性的。而目前我国民营企业的人才现状对这种要求满足程度即藕合度却较小。从宏观层次的决策型人才、中观层次的技术管理型管理型人才到微观层次的操作型人才都是如此。基于上述分析本文得出我国要站在国际化经营的角度上大力培养和发展民营企业的人才以促进民营企业更好发展的结论与启示。
Internationalization management is a new situation facing the development of non--state-run enterprise in our country, which demands that quality of skilled personnel is all-round,all-level and systematic. However, present situation of skilled personnel of non-state-run enterprise meets the above demands at low level including the macro-level deciding, the mid-level technical and management and the micro-level operating. The conclusion is that we must train and develop skilled personnel for non-state-run enterprise from the view of international management.
