摘要
随着经济全球化和知识经济时代的到来,人们已不再满足传统的人力资源管理模式,人力资源管理面临着诸多的挑战。文章从人力资源管理的人性化、柔性化、外包化及国际化等方面对人力资源管理的发展趋势进行了探讨。
Along with economical globalization and knowledge economy time arrival,the people no longer satisfy traditional the human resources management pattern , the human resources management are facing many challenges.
