柴达木循环经济发展模式研究

Study on the Patterns of Recyclying Economy in Chaidamu

本研究旨在为柴达木发展循环经济和柴达木发展循环经济运作模式提供一定的理论依据和支持，促进柴达木盆地资源可持续利用和西部经济快速发展。首先，引入物质平衡和社会福利最大化理论，揭示在柴迭木盆地实发展环经济的必要性；其次，研究分析国内外成功循环经济发展模式和柴达木盆地已建四个工业园发展现状；最后，提出在柴达木发展形成循环经济运作模式：建立柴达木式循环生态工业园，并在此基础上，为促进柴达木式循环生态工业园的建立和不断完善提供一定的理论建议和对策。

This study aimed to provide certain theory to support developing recycling economy and its patterns in Chaidamu, which would support that the＇ natural resources can be sustainably utilized and urge the development of western economy. Firstly, we introduced the theory on mass balance and maximum social welfare theory to illustrate the necessity to develop recyclingeconomy;Second, we analyzed the domestic and foreign successful cases and the current developing situation of four industrial parks in Chaidamu ;Last, Based on the above analysis and research, we suggested the patterns of recycling economy developing in Chaidamu ： Found the circularly eco-industrial park of Chaidamu type. Based on this suggestion,we provided some suggestions of theories and measures to support recycling economy development,urge and perfect the found of eeo-industrial park in Chaidamu.
