青少年健康用眼家-校情景影片干预效果评价

摘要 目的分析健康教育影片应用于家—校健康用眼教育干预效果,为开展学生及其家长的健康知识认知教育和建立健康行为提供良好的教辅材料。方法根据视力的家庭相关因素基线调查结果及文献资料自编剧本,用数码技术摄制成影音文件,并以相同核心信息制成不同载体的宣传画,应用于家庭和学校。以材料应用的依从性、相关知识知晓率、信息接受率作为应用效果综合评价指标,分别以2所条件相当的城市小学一年级新生及其家长作为目标人群,通过现场观察、电话、提问、问卷方式获取材料评价信息,作情景影片观看前后认知率、2种材料应用依从性比较。结果6个班369名低龄学童及其家长观看情景影片后,低龄学童对情景影片新信息答对率为98.7;家长对情景影片的相关知识知晓率由原来的6.7上升到98.8,家长对2种材料需求的依从性差异有统计学意义(χ2=277.02,P=0.00);只有46.7的被调查户实行"学童健康行为"奖励。结论应用情景影片进行教育干预,受众依从性高,信息传、受快捷完全,能重复使用、成本低,是一款适合现代家庭和学校健康教育的教材。 Objective To analyze the intervention effect of the scene health education movie which was applied in the family-school eye health education, and to provide effective auxiliary education material for the development of students and patents'healthy knowledge cognitive educa- tion and the induction healthy behavior establishment. Methods The scenario was written according to the baseline survey and document data on family relevant factors to sight. Digital technique was used in the making of film and sound document. Teaching material posters with the same core information but the different carriers were applied to the families and schools. The compliance of the material application, understanding rate of the related knowledge and the acceptance rate of the information were used as comprehensive evaluation indices of the application effect and comparison was made between cognition rate before and after seeing the film and the demand or compliance of the two materials. Results The correct answer rate of 369 earlyged students of the new scene film information was 98.7% and the knowing rate of the parents of the related knowledge increased from 6.7% to 98.8% after the intervention. The discrepancy of the patents'demand and compliance of the two materials had statistical difference (x2 = 277.02, P = 0.00 ) ; only 46.7 % of the persons applied the establishment of the students healthy behavior encouragement. Conclusion Applying the scene film to conduct education intervention has a high compliance rate, the passage and acceptance of information is quick and complete and can be repeated. It is a modern effective repeatedly-used and low-cost material which is suitable for family-school health education.
