Digital Municipal Spatial Fundamental Geographic Information Platform is very essential and necessary in the construction of a digital city. This paper, concerned with Guangzbou city, introduced and discussed the content, the construction of general frame system, the key technology, the quality control and the social and economic benefits in this subject.
