缓粘结预应力筋摩阻损失的试验研究 被引量:22

摘要 通过对固化期为6个月的缓粘结预应力钢绞线的摩阻试验研究,分析不同时间阶段缓粘结预应力筋摩阻系数的变化规律,提出摩阻系数的建议值。总结缓粘结剂的粘度及张拉时间、环境温度和湿度诸因素对缓粘结预应力筋摩阻的影响,提出粘滞系数和缓粘结预应力筋的最佳张拉时间,并提出了适用于缓粘结预应力筋的预应力损失的计算公式。 Through test and research on friction of slowly-bonded prestressed steel strand for six months' curing period, variation law of friction coefficient of slowly-bonded prestressed tendon at different phases is analyzed and recommended value of friction coefficient is proposed. Influence of viscosity of slow adhesive, stretching duration, ambient temperature and humidity on friction of slowly-bonded prestressed tendon is summarized, viscosity coefficient and the best stretching time of slowly-bonded prestressed tendon are proposed, and calculation formula that is applicable to prestress loss of slowly-bonded prestressed tendon is also provided.
