摘要
通过沟通与协调的定义、分类、相互关系及其在施工总承包管理中的作用,分析沟通协调的主要对象及其相互关系。针对不同对象提出沟通协调工作的内容,并阐述沟通协调的总体目的和一般原则,综合概括了沟通协调的途径与措施。
Introduction is given to the definition, classification and mutual relationship as well as the functions of communication and coordination in the general contracting management of construction engineering. The major objects of communication and coordination and their relationships are analyzed and the tasks toward the objects are proposed. It also expatiates the general goal and principles, and generalizes the basic channels and measures of communication and coordination.
