摘要
采用基于光学平台的荧光显微技术,分析比较了不同处理条件下荧光假单胞菌荧光效果的差别。结果表明:荧光假单胞菌活体状态下的自发荧光弱于死亡状态;不同荧光染色剂对荧光假单胞菌的荧光效应不同。苯胺蓝会减弱荧光假单胞菌的自发荧光,但4,6-联脒-2-苯基吲哚(4,6-diamid ino-2-phenylindole,DAPI)与吖啶橙可使荧光假单胞菌荧光增强,其中吖啶橙的荧光染色效果最好,DAPI次之。
Using fluorescent techniques based on optical microscopic platform the fluorescent differences of Pseudomonas fluorescerts under different conditions were analyzed in this paper. The results showed that the spontaneous fluorescences of dead P. fluorescens was stronger than that of alive one. The fluorescent effects were different when the distinct fluorescent reagents were used for P. fluorescens. The aniline blue weakened the spontaneous fluorescences but the DAPI and acridine orange could improve the spontaneous fluorescences greatly. The acridine orange was better than the DAPI in the fluorescent stain effectiveness for P. fluorescerts.
