摘要
采用加缝处理后的竹篾先进行不同温度的蒸汽高温热处理,再按照热压法生产竹材重组材的方法压制试材,并测试其物理力学性能。结果表明,在试验范围内,竹篾热处理温度越高,压制成的竹材重组材吸水厚度膨胀率越低,尺寸稳定性越好;此外,竹篾经高温热处理后,竹材重组材的力学性能与竹篾未处理材有一定程度的下降,且MOR的下降速率高于MOE。
Bamboo slivers gapped along longitudinal direction are first steam-treated at different high temperatures and then made of reconstituted bamboo lumber (RBL) in terms of hot-pressing way. The conclusion of measure and analysis of physical and mechanical properties of RBL indicates that the higher treatment temperature for the bamboo slivers adopted in the range of this experiment is, the lower thickness expansion rate of water absorbing measured in RBL specimens, and as a resuit, better dimension stability is. However, compared with non heat-treatment specimens, the mechanical properties of treated ones decrease in an extent and that decreasing rate of MOR is higher than that of MOE.
