Influence of Cavitation Pressure on Performance of Sliding Bearings

摘要 在控制容积流量平衡的基础上提出了一种能方便引入JFO边界条件的计算方法,通过计算结果与试验结果的比较,证明了该计算方法的正确性,并在该计算方法的基础上讨论了空穴压力对滑动轴承油膜压力分布和承载力等性能的影响。 A calculation method based on flow equilibrium of the control volume is developed with JFO boundary condition satisfied automatically. The numerical results are in good agreement with the published experimental data. Furthermore, the influence of cavitation pressure on the oil film pressure distribution and bearing load capacity is discussed.
