摘要 电子政务知识共享是电子政务发展的重要方向。我国电子政务的知识共享存在"横向知识"、"纵向知识"等复杂问题,电子政务存在开放性、增值性等特点。本体是解决知识共享问题的关键技术之一。借鉴国外在电子政务知识共享方面的研究成果,研究了我国电子政务的特点,提出基于本体的电子政务知识共享模型。 Knowledge share is important in E-government development. In E-government, knowledge sharing has several features： complex,open and proliferation.Based on these features,the article discusses the problems of our E-government, and raised Knowledge Sharing Framework based ontology.
