Experimental Study of the Condensation Process in a Stainless Steel Tube Bank under a Vacuum State

摘要 对不同真空和循环水雷诺数下,经过表面改性处理的不锈钢管束与普通不锈钢管束的换热性能进行对比试验,结果表明,经过表面改性处理的不锈钢管束能促进珠状凝结的实现,其汽侧凝结换热系数可以提高1~2倍,总体换热系数可以提高50%以上。试验的真空范围满足电厂凝汽器的真空范围,因此处理过的不锈钢管束可以应用于火电厂。 At different vacuities and circulating water Reynolds numbers,a contrast experiment has been performed of the heat exchange performance of a surface-denatured stainless steel tube bundle and a common stainless steel one respectively.The results of the study show that the surface denatured stainless steel tube bundle can accelerate the realization of droplet condensation,enhancing the condensation heat exchange coefficient at the steam side by 1 to 2 times and the overall heat exchange coefficient by over 50%.As the vacuum range of the test can meet that of condensers in power plants,the stainless steel tube bundle thus treated can be used for thermal power plants.
