摘要
研究采用非放射性原位杂交技术,观察大鼠局灶性脑缺血后脑内谷氨酸转运体GLASFmRNA表达变化。结果显示:脑缺血后24小时,大脑皮层缺血周边区GLASFmRNA表达无显著变化,缺血的72小时.表达显著增加。提示脑缺血后,缺血周边区GLASTmRNA表达增加可能为神经细胞自我保护机制,以限制谷氨酸的神经毒作用。
In this study, non-radiative In situ hybridization histocytochemistry was used to detect the change of glutamate transporter CLAST mRNA expression in rat cerebral cortex following focal ischemia. The results showed that CLAST mRNA expression in the area penumbra of cerebral cortex did not change at 24h but increased significantly at 72h after ischemic insalt. The results suggest that the increased expression of GLAST mRNA following cerebral ischemia may represent a proective mechenism by brain cells for limiting neurotoxicity of glutamate.
