复合喷动流态化烟气脱硫工艺中一级气液区段脱硫特性研究

A Study of Desulfurization Characteristics of a First-grade Gas-liquid Section in the Process of Compound-sprouted Fluidized Flue-gas Desulfurization

摘要 提出了一种新型半干法烟气净化工艺,利用实时在线SO2光谱分析系统对该工艺的一级气液主反应区段进行了脱硫特性的试验研究。详细分析了烟气流速和浆液雾化质量、烟气温度、入口SO2浓度和循环灰浓度、浆液给入方式等6个因素对脱硫效率的影响,并测量了SO2浓度沿程变化情况。试验结果表明,在优化的工况参数下,所研究区段的脱硫效率可以达到55%以上;循环灰浓度对该区段脱硫特性有6%的显著影响;通过优化浆液给入方式可以提高脱硫效率3%左右;浆液雾化质量对该区段脱硫效率也有2%~3%的明显影响,最佳气液比为0.15。 The authors have presented a novel semi-dry-method of flue-gas purification process and conducted an experimental study of the desulfurization characteristics of a first-grade gas-liquid main reaction section in the above process by employing a real-time on-line SO2 spectrum analytic system.The influence of the following six factors on the desulfurization efficiency was analyzed in detail:flue gas flow speed,slurry atomization quality,flue gas temperature,SO2 concentration at the inlet,circulating ash concentration and slurry feeding mode etc.In addition,the change of SO2 concentration along the flow path was measured.The test results show that at optimized operating-condition parameters,the desulfurization efficiency in the section under investigation can be higher than 55%.The circulating ash concentration has a conspicuous influence assessed at 6% on the desulfurization characteristics of the section.Through an optimization of slurry feeding mode,the desulfurization efficiency can be enhanced by about 3%.The slurry atomization quality has also an obvious influence of about 2%~3% on the desulfurization efficiency of the section.
