保险粉合成尾气净化回收CO_2新工艺

New technology of carbon dioxide purification and recovery from SD exhaust

针对保险粉尾气中含有不同的杂质成分,分别采用冷甲醇洗涤、活性炭吸附、水洗、碱洗、高锰酸钾洗涤、活性炭二次吸附和分子筛吸附等工艺过程对尾气实施净化。实践表明,经净化后的尾气杂质含量大幅度降低,回收的CO2气体可用于制造食品级CO2。

There are a lot of impurities in the SD exhaust. This paper provided a new technology purifying and recovering CO2 , its treatment process including condensation, active carbon adsorption, alkali washing, water -washing, permanganate washing, active carbon adsorption and molecular sieve adsorption, The practice shows that the impurity decreased sharp and CO2 could be applied to produce food grade CO2.
