高岭土填充增强聚氯乙烯

Filling and reinforcing of PVC by kaolin

利用改性后的高岭土填充聚氯乙烯,以制备聚氯乙烯与高岭土复合材料。测试和探讨了高岭土含量、偶联剂用量、热稳定剂含量对PVC/高岭土共混材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:当偶联剂用量为1.0%,稳定剂用量为1.5%,高岭土含量为8%时,材料的力学性能最好。

A kind of composite of PVC and kaolin was prepared by filling PVC by modified kaolin. The effect of kaolin content, amount of coupling agent and heat - stable inhibitor to mechanical property of composite were investigated. The results showed that the mechanical property of composite was best when coupling agent is 1. 0%, heat - stable inhibitor is 1.5%, kaolin is 8%.
