摘要
以间-二氯苯为原料,乙酸酐为酰化试剂,合成2,4-二氯苯乙酮。考察影响酰化反应的主要因素,结果表明最适宜的反应条件是:间-二氯苯:乙酸酐的摩尔比为2:1,缓慢滴加乙酸酐时温度保持在50℃左右(低于60℃),然后回流反应温度上升至90~95℃,搅拌并保持约2.5h,最终所得产品收率可达81.8%。
2,4- Dichloroacetophen was'synthesized with 1,3 -dichlorobenzene as raw material and acetic anhydride as reagent of acylation. The factors that have influence on the action were investigated . The results showed, that the optimal condition were molar ratio of 1,3 -dichlorobenzene to acetic anhydride 2:1 and the temperature around 50℃ (up 60℃ ) of adding acetic anhydride slow, keeping 15 - 20 minutes then the temperature is going up to 90 - 95 ℃ beating up about 2.5 hours ; The yield of 2,4 - dichloroacetophen such conditions was about 81.8%.
