摘要
沟通被认为是全球虚拟团队这一新型人力资源组织模式的关键成功因素之一,全球虚拟团队必须对组织进行沟通创新,建立无缝的沟通策略,才能有效提升其沟通绩效。本文通过建立全球虚拟团队的三维模型,从全球虚拟团队的成员组成、互动模式和对虚拟工具的依赖三个形成维度分析了其沟通问题,并针对性地提出了不同的沟通策略,以无缝沟通弥补全球虚拟团队的沟通缺陷。
The communication was considered as one of global virtual team' s critical success factors (CSF), the global virtual team should make communication innovation, establish the seamless communication strategy, only in this way which can effectively promote its communication performance. This study uses the three-dimensional model to analyze the existing communication problems in global virtual team from its three formed dimensions, then promotes some related communication strategies, concludes that the seamless communication strategy is the key to make up the global virtual team' s communication defect.
